House Bill 19-1103, Protect Human Life at Conception, concerning the protection of human life beginning at conception, will be heard in committee on Wednesday February 13th, at least according to the current schedule (as of Feb. 7) at the state capitol.
The bill will be heard before the House Health and Insurance Committee. The members of this committee, and their corresponding contact details, are documented on the state legislative website.
If you are able, please let the committee members know your thoughts before the hearing, especially the Democrats on the committee. If possible, consider attending the hearing itself. The location and time for the meeting are on the legislative website (currently 1:30 PM in room HCR 0107 but these details are sometimes changed).
