Initiative 56, the recent attempt to end abortion in Colorado through a ballot question, won’t appear on the November ballot since the effort failed to obtain the required number of signatures.
The initiative, seeking to establish equal protection of children, is described on the website for the effort, https://www.gotaheart.org.
