High Tech Eugenics Already At Work

China is forcibly compiling a massive DNA database to “improve the precision and controllability of population management” as reported by The Epoch Times.

The report includes comments from Steven Mosher of the Population Research Institute (PRI) who notes that the Chinese government wishes to ensure “quality births” and are thus working to eliminate “recessive genes that produce birth defects” (see third item in the “PRI in the News” section of the PRI Nov-Dec newsletter).

With the increasing support of assisted suicide legal frameworks (such as in Colorado) and the later acceptance of euthanasia (as seen, for example, in Europe and Canada), one can readily extrapolate how the State might go about removing undesirable genes.

We will witness this same kind of government action here if we don’t step up now to stop it.
