Due Date Too Late “Cure” Period Appears Successful

Over 48,000 signatures were submitted by the Due Date Too Late effort by the end of the “cure” period in an attempt to get a late-term abortion ban on the 2020 state ballot, as reported by the Denver Catholic.

Since only about 10,000 additional valid signatures were needed to put the Due Date Too Late measure, officially called Initiative 120, over the bar and onto the ballot, it would appear that the effort has been successful.

Thank you to the many, many people who have spent so many hours preparing for and then collecting the signatures to put this measure on the ballot.

And thank you to all of you who put your signature on a petition.
