Disinformation on abortion is ubiquitous, and even more so as we traverse this critical election period.
LifeNews is reporting about a study in JAMA Internal Medicine that claims “tens of thousands of pregnancies resulted from rape in states that enacted strong post-Dobbs pro-life laws.”
As the author of the article makes clear, the numbers reported in the study simply don’t make sense compared to other known statistics about rape and pregnancy.
No surprise! Some of the authors of the study are employed by the abortion industry!
Always question the sources, even when the information shows up in “a prestigious peer-reviewed journal.”
