A Texas law passed last year to prohibit abortions by “corporal dismemberment” and blocked by a lower court has now been approved by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, as reported by LifeSiteNews.
The case was heard by the full court, and a majority of 14 judges decided on the side of Texas.
With the Heartbeat Act taking effect tomorrow in Texas, will the abortionists appeal this 5th Circuit ruling?
